"stage Ii Exhaust Port"
#14
So what are the advantages of going up higher with the port than lower with it? I've been told that going down with the port is better to get the exhaust gasses out quickly as possible. Going up will increase over lap right?

The shops I see these big exhaust port at are claiming around the 700HP range. These ports are very similar to the KSP ports in there purple drag car, theres are a little bigger. Opened earlier. Did not get any info on what turbine a/r they are using. They said there running a bridge on the intake...?? They would not show us the intake side though.

Chuck did not mention that their drag car run 9.6 second 1/4mile times and rund twin 3037 turbines. 758 horsepower at 1.7kilo of boost. Never seen the dyno chart on the car for more than a split second but the FC has put down many 9 second runs. So has the FD and Sylvia but the FC was the first and was wooping the FD's fanny for a while.
I would say that they know what they are doing. Overlap is not as bad a thing as everyone thinks......that is just my opinion.... but its funny that the ports with more overlap make the most power.
