So they would be the same weight Stamp, I just thought with them being balanced the weight may have reduced hence the diffrent stamps.

The stamp only tells you their weight relative to each other. It doesn't give you and actual weight. Weights are, correct me if I'm wrong, A-E. The rule I've always heard is to not have two rotors more than two letters out. An A could be paired with a B or C. S4, S5, and S6 rotors will all be stamped A-E. That doesn't mean an S4 and S6 rotor can be paired. S5 and S6 rotors are the same weight and compression but they are a different part number.
