What exactly is included in this gasket/oring kit? I would like to know just for my own use.

oil control o-rings = rotor oil insert things? very tech. i know.

yep they are the large rubber orings that go inside the metal o-ring that goes on the rotor there are 2 on each side the large and small. total of 8 in the engine
