I am purposely being vague abot Stans's methods.
Yeah, cuz stan is part of some super secret society that seems to think they have some secret they need to keep.
Anyone that has 5k and the ability to read can balance an E-shaft or crank shaft.
This is a forum where information is shared. What is the point of posting that you know how its done but your not going to tell?
Ill be vague about what I think of that crap

Its easy to balance an EShaft with the right equipement. The trick is how to properly balance the rotors and where they are balanced at. (and I am not talking about where the material is removed).
I share the info I learn, WHEN I am allowed to share it. Some things you must pay the admission price to see the show. Sorry but thats the way it is. NOT MY RULES

rick is pretty open, he could talk for days to the rotary crowd and share all kinds of information that is "groundbreaking" when compared to the knowledge that is typically shared on this site. It is interesting to see that a lot of things that Judge ITO comes up with or that lynn shares, rick has already discovered and in most cases published/shared years and years ago....when most FD drivers were not even a wink in their parents eyes
i'm not flaming anyone or trying to put anyone down, i am simply citing what i believe to be the case

To be honest I am surprised at the amount of information that gets shared in the rotary community. Even thought the engine has essentially been unchanged since the early 12As I am very surprised to see professionals openly showing pictured of port schemes. I mean this is their livelyhood and throwing the proprietary knowledge out on the net is essentially taking food off their table.
I love seeing the stuff and thank everyone for sharing. Just seems like you don't see near that level of openness in the piston community even though they outnumber us by a huge factor.

Check out the Supra forums sometime...they share everything. And it's why they're so far ahead of the game.
Ito...I heard you were coming down to Orlando permanently???? Talked to Tony today at Compact Car in Naples. Sure you don't want to come down to Naples? :-) If/when you do stop by, shoot me a pm and let me know you'll be in Naples. I'd like to meet you in person. I've already met Rick

Great thread! Thank you for the pics! Nice to see Mr. Engman working.
Damn, I guess I might have places to go and people to meet when in Orlanda / S. Fla. I have 3 trips down there planned, 2 work and 1 to Disney...familys first.
