Whats the easiest way to remove the exhaust sleeve. I tried it on my spare TII rotor housing by drill it out. I gave up after a while. And where do you get the roll pin to reinstally the exhaust sleeve? I've read that the 13b cosmo uses smaller exhaust sleves, so i wanted to save two TII sleeves. Just in case one day i wanted to go cosmo 13b.

Doesn't take that long?? took me maybe 5mins to get one out? I was going slow aswell to make sure I didn't stuff anything up.

I was using an air powered drill gun with some drill bits from snap-on and it just didnt do anything. I started with a bit that was slightly bigger then the inner part of the roll pin and started to use bigger and bigger bits. It just didnt work. I'll try it again sometime soon.

Watch it, as not all the sleeves are made the same.

Some of the NA versus turbo sleeves have different' "flange" depth, and it doesn't fit flush when you swap them.

Use a smaller drill bit first..

i THINK 4.5mm will work good, or even start with a smaller one first.

Judge ITO posted a helpful tip a while back to aid in this procedure: use a Mig Welder to make a pull point and pull them out

I was just about to mention that. Thats how Ill be doing it next time.

I have used a cobalt drill bit before, with some cutting fluid and a lot of patience to get through them. Be sure the bit is sharp, and cut at a slow speed .

My drill bits were colbalt and they were new. I even tried using an extractor, but that didnt work. The welder and puller would work wonders. I wish i had a welder.

I've used a slide hammer and a screw before. It works for me.

I hate drilling them out. Takes too long.
