Removing Exhaust Sleeve
#1
Whats the easiest way to remove the exhaust sleeve. I tried it on my spare TII rotor housing by drill it out. I gave up after a while. And where do you get the roll pin to reinstally the exhaust sleeve? I've read that the 13b cosmo uses smaller exhaust sleves, so i wanted to save two TII sleeves. Just in case one day i wanted to go cosmo 13b.

Drill them out
hehe, just use the right size drill bit, sorry can't remember exactly, i'm pretty i used a 4.5mm bit.
Doesn't take that long?? took me maybe 5mins to get one out? I was going slow aswell to make sure I didn't stuff anything up.

I was using an air powered drill gun with some drill bits from snap-on and it just didnt do anything. I started with a bit that was slightly bigger then the inner part of the roll pin and started to use bigger and bigger bits. It just didnt work. I'll try it again sometime soon.

Judge ITO posted a helpful tip a while back to aid in this procedure: use a Mig Welder to make a pull point and pull them out
I have used a cobalt drill bit before, with some cutting fluid and a lot of patience to get through them. Be sure the bit is sharp, and cut at a slow speed .
