ok, i finally got my engine opened. i'm gonna take some time to clean stuff up a bit but i really need help on what seals to get. i mean i don't have anything to compare mine too. it seems that a pair of my water seals have three bands to it? does this sound right? anyway there are pics you can peep in the 2nd gen sec. i will take some more pics of my seals layed out so i can show you my situation. i know i was burning oil but i'm not sure which seals were defective. oh yeah does anyone have the rebuild video i could borrow? i'm running short on loot since i have many parts to replace. anyone can hit me up on aim or pm. help would be greatly apprieciated!!!

Then don't buy it, and don't expect someone to bootleg it for you.

The Vid is VERY helpful and will save you far more than $40 in headaches and frustration

quick question, somewhat off topic: can you get the video in DVD? like, for skipping to certain sections and what-not?

i decided to go the atkins route. good prices and reliable name. but i have a question. how can you tell if your rotors are non reusable? mine are very dirty, they have been soaking for a couple days and power washed to no avail.
