Im going to embake on a engine re fresh and do a little porting at the same time. I have never built a rotary engine.
my current lump is about 20-30K miles old stock port stock seals 13b rew. I plan to run a street port with a to4 r turbo. target of 450whp.
Apart from the gaskets and sealed parts where will i need to improve this current set up. Ie where is the weak link. I dont wanna have to re build it in another 6 months because i missed something fundemental

most of the engine you'll just want to check everything, if you're gonna be making power, there is a difference between "within spec" and good.
the basic engine, if in good shape, built with tight clearances and stuff, will make a lot of power and run for a long time
