Im street porting a 13 BT for my 83 1st gen using Racing Beat templates. This is the first time and it wasn't as bad as I thought. I have a question and maybee some one could help. Does the middle iron gets ported too? I have been looking around and I don't find anything.

racing beat plates have both a primary and secondary port template ingraved into the one template. atleast mine did . did you get this plate second hand

Does anybody know were I could find the measurments on primary street porting or anything like a drawing or a picture.

 

As has already been said the RB templates should have both primary and secondary ports scribed in them. If your template doesn't you should contact RB and have them get you the proper template.

 

Well I talked to RB and apparently they only have and use the secondary template on both the primary and secondary intake ports. I did go to mazdatrix and they do have the template for primary and secondary. The person at RB said that I could use their template into the primary but it was going to be very aggressive. Does anyone thinks any different? Can this be done?

 

Thats what I do, I use the RB template for both primaries and secondaries....seems to work.

 

try to get ahold of judge ito for his templates.. iv herd there rear good with RB exhaust ports
