well if you're roadracing you still need driveability , just dont need it to idle or do anything out of the powerband/gear range.



we're doing 13bt block, street port, i'm not gonna use the stock intake (maybe the lower, must fit acv, must pass smog!) and the stock ecu is not gonna make the cut either, its maxxed out now with the stock ports and i'm even running the air box (this is a gsl-se 2x680cc injectors = not enough)

a friend of mine did an rx3, old school 13b 4 port, big street port, 48ida tuned just right and did a little more than 200rwhp, so we're hoping that with the bigger bt port runners it should make about the same with my tuning

todds building his, should be a couple of weeks. i dunno when i'm gonna build mine, the old one hasnt quit yet

so we compared the ported t2 side plate to a stock na one, and the port timing is almost the same, t2 has a teeny bit more area, due it it only being one port. the runners area seem to be almost the same, but the t2 has one and the na has 2.
