That would be my guess. I recall reading the manual for the 2.0 Chrysler, and it said that pitting on the piston indicated coolant in the combustion chamber. What do the tops of the pistons look like?
fucky part of the piston and cylinder head, are both in the same spot. you can see where the HG was leaking, however since everything else is screwed up we decided not just put the HG in
