the reliability is nto really affected wi thteh P-port engines, if you dont goop up the area around the port well u might see some water seeping in, but thats hardly a reliability problem. pport engines usually just wear faster since they rev much higer to produce power. the partial pport timing is the same as of the 6 port na i woudl assume, i dont think it adds much more overlap or duration its more of a flow thing. ito have u timed you partial pport engine compared to stock ports?

It would add lots of overlap id assume, i dont think theres anywhere you can put a hole in the housings on the intake side that wont overlap the exhaust porthttp://www.rotaryengineillustrated.com/RE101pages/4-ports101.html



of course that wouldnt matter if you put a butterfly valve in there,..
