I figured out how the coil pack goes on the rats nest and have the three nuts. I don't have the bolts to screw down the rats nest and I don't understand how there is four holes on the rotor housings but only two holes line up with the rats nest and the other ones are covered?

The rats nest typically only uses one bolt per rotor housing, right? That's how it is on 1st gens.

There's 4 holes (2 per housing) but the nest lines up on 3 of them. Apparently only three are used from the reply I received. I'm missing the 3 bolts but I have the 4 nuts to hold down the coil pack.

Rat's nest is slang for the spagetti looking vacuum hoses on 93-95's.

Yep, and 'rat's nest' can be used on anything from 1st gen up to JC Cosmo stuff and beyond. My 20B was covered with it. Vacuum lines, oil lines, a multitude of switches, wires galore etc.
