Banzai isnt screaming, he just reminds you it would be better to drill an undersized hole and ream to the proper size.
Also: I would not use "RED" Loctite: aka THREADLOCKER
I recommend "GREEN" Loctite: AKA SLEEVELOK

Question: Does oil really squirt out that hole??? To lube the chain that is near it?
Or is it a relief for the metering process or something similar?

Does anyone know what size orifice is in the front plate? I forgot to measure when I had my front cover off. At 60 psi (or higher) I'd say it squirts out the hole far enough to hit the chain, if the chain is in line that is.

Scathcart since you don't have the pictures ready yet can you explain as best you can? I'm ready to put my front cover back on as well.. I'd appreciate more insight on this before I slap it on.
