Finally geting around to building a new Motor for this beast.

Project Zuki is getting a new motor.

I like the N/A 6 ports so I am keeping them. They sound a bit like a bridgeported motor.

Go here for video/audio (Note this is BEFORE the reuild).

6 Port end plates (They offer addition intake timing)

Turbo II Center Plate

Turbo II Housings

Turbo II Rotors

20 lbs Flywheel

Turbo II Transmission

in a Suzuki Sidekick!

Stock 6 Port w/ Porting Template (RED)

Stock N/A Motor center plate w/ Porting Template (RED)

Same Template on a Turbo II center plate (RED)

Okay so I did all of my plates today. I was a little suprised at how easy it was. I'd heard all the horror stories about going through various bits, and the need of carbide stones etc.

I had a set of stones I picked up as a set (cheap) I used 2 of them and the job is done.
