last pic,.. does it kinda look like the corner seal will fall in or am i just inexperienced?

 

Looks a little thin, but that how bp are. I would think you would be using solid corner seals however.

thanx guys, i am gonan have pictures of the puttyed up upper part of teh port soon

and smoothed out teh rest of the port as a finished product. the engien shoudl eb together very soon and gonan hit the dyno asap.
