the bridge u can make a lot thinner, i woudl leave about 3-4 mm

that should be plenty reliable still

I`ll take some pics of and post it tomorrow.

Should I make the eyebrown wider or just extend the sec. and 6port further out until the bridge is 4-5mm?

What about the primary ports?

Is that necessary for a bridge port? I tend to see that done for port-matching on J-ports, due to it cutting so deep into the water seal.

I haven't cut the port or the bevel all the way into the waterseal groove, there is 1-1,5mm casting lesft between it. I think (and hope,hehe) it will help the flow from the bp alot. Here is some pics of the euro. spec intake manifold. The aux. ports dont have the rotating sleeve, so they give a very nice flow.
