So I guess rotors are hard to ship, since the second rotor I have gotten was also a little bent, though not nearly to the extent of the first. I aready tried to bend one corner back out and dinged it up a little. I was thinking I could clean it back up with some 400 grit sandpaper and some patience. Will the very small amout of metal I remove affect the balace measurably? I wont be hitting very high revs, maybe 7500 at the very most, this is for my DD.

Pic of one corner, its not quite as bad as it looks:

This is the other corner. Are there any better ways to fix this?

If it were me, I wouldn't waste my time trying to fix those rotors... You run a greater chance of having to tear down your motor again in the near future.

Well then, I still need one good S5 rotor. If I cant find one in a week though, I guess Ill just have to keep the S4 rotors in it.
