Thats not what he means. The gasket area you have layed out around the oil pump shaft hole is going to be touching one side of the inner most " rotor " of the oil pump. There are better solutions that are cost effective to that problem.


I know what he ment I never stated it however.



I haven't had any issues with oil temp, or oil pressure in the 1500 miles I have put on it. First sign of a problem I will remove the front cover, and replace it.

they dont use a gasket on any stock engine. even the rx8

Stealth port? Did you open the port timing any earlier or just polish the runner?

bone stock port timing. just lots of runner work.
