those are just stock s4 intakes

Can't be a stock s4 intake runner, when looking down on it, the intake doesn't cover the primary fuel rail!

His "upper intake manifold" (if it's not one piece) is sitting almost straight up and doesn't wrap over the engine. I am currently working on a custom design for my intake, which was why I was asking (I like to see what has been done to get ideas).

I'm with him --^ (drunk too, not in person, but you could probably tell that otherwise I would have asked him in person any questions I had about it.... oh well, it's not important. but yes I'm kinda drunk =p)

EDIT: P.S. s4 upper intake manifold had the runners seperated. the s5 were together and kinda weaved back and forth for the vdi. and are those oil injectors in the middle there? Those were supposed to be on the lower intake manifold.

So it can't be a stock s4 intake runner unless it's turbo, in which case i still havn't seen them in person...

WTF, That is a stock "Lower Intake Manifold". The "Upper Intake Manifold" you speak of isnt there yet, and bolts to the "Lower Intake Manifold".

That is a 100% stock S4 turbo setup outside of the port work you can not see.

If you ever want to powedercoat and not bake the parts you can cure the powder with Infrared Red spectrum lights as well.

My brother worked at a powdercoating place for a while. I'll ask him about infrared light curing.
