I just finished tearing down the motor. Every seal was stuck in the rear rotor, with most of seals except the apex seals in front rotor. I will post pics when I get home.

On the bearing wear issue, I will post a pic of the front main bearing also, I think its out of spec. Everything else looks great, other than a bit of chatter marks? in the rotor housings.

Here is the pics. This is the rear rotor.

Another shot of the rear rotor.

Only seals not stuck on the front rotor was the apex seals.

Here is the front stationary gear. I wonder if this is related to motor having the wrong flywheel on it?

Couple of shots of the housings.

That bearing wear is definately from the mismatched flywheel. Id replace those bearings.

Other than that, doesnt look too bad so far. Get it all cleaned up and post some more pics.

Odd thing though... Rear bearing looks fine. I will take pics tomorrow of it. I have one of my rotors soaking in some pretty strong solvent and we will see how it turns out. I have been following your BREW swap and I just happen to have a blown one laying around. I was planning on building next year for the FC... But I just might do it sooner than i though. I will probably use my 13BT rotor hoursings and sell whats left.

Ive got the materials lying around to make another set of mounts, so let me know if you want a set.

I have no problem making them myself. But, it all comes down to time for me, I have to weigh my time verses the money. Buy, to be truthful, I am finding myself with less and less time, so i might take you up on your offer.

The front counter weight is probably S5 too. Any pics of the e shaft journals?

I talked to the guy who built it and he said it did have S4 front counter weight.

Nope.. I will take some tomorrow... But at quick glance nothing popped out at me.

I am going to put this motor back together and beat the living **** out it till it blows.
