i am building a custom intake so i will be able to use a holley on my bridgeport 12a i am obviously not using the emissions stuff on but on the end of all the emissions sensors there is a valve that realeases pressure from the oil system or somthing like that ( i was reading the mazspeed.com tutorial) do i have to leave this on also they were still using the plate that goes under the carb for a couple things to my understanding though i can take that right out, Any help would be awsome, also the oil lines that went to the carb to mix with the gas where shall i connect thoughs in under or over the carb? thanks

You're going to be using premix instead of oil injection with that setup. And unless you get the racing beat holley, you'll have to change the auxillaries and use tiny accel pumps
