good enough?



how do you prevent going to deep on the upper side of the street port, i went ahead and played with porting this and i got too deep and into the water jacket



any suggestions?

You prevent it by knowing how deep you can go You're basically screwed. Even if you fill it with something it will eventually break.

oh yeah, definiately broke on through to the other side



anyways, i read on mazdatrix that you can build up some jbweld behind it and treat it like metal



i don't really trust that....

racing beat has this devcon putty stuff , made for PPORT engines to blowck off the intake ports i woudl try that maybe give them a call.

it's just that the pressure from the charged air and the pressure from the warm coolant, heat cycles, etc, i don't know if i can trust that method



i want to hear people chime in who have done this and have had no problems
