BDC, how about the whole list of what the engine has, injectors turbo etc etc. Looks good, sounds good, and I would venture to say the blue smoke will go away as it breaks in.
It's dying down and diminshing quite a bit. It's got 57 miles on it (atleast when I left it did). I reused the oil control ring casings but they did show some wear on the inner edges. If we pop it apart anytime, I may replace those.

any shots of the intake side of the ports? Just curious if you changed those at all.

Maybe something like this...

those look like the ones on my NA engine. pretty good.

are u using racing beats templates? they give u a conservative bridge. u can go higher and wider.

was the bridge port done at an angle? it doesnt look like it is from the pics. i beleive its better for flow characteristics.

but, im not an engine builder so i might be totally wrong...

edit: damn looks as if i was a few minutes late.....

Yep, I did exactly that. That was one of the things I had originally planned on doing. It's hard to see from the pictures but I did angle the first set of short and long radii prior to the eyebrow cut. I believe it helps out substantially; I suppose we'll find out once the engine breaks in.

Thanks 87, makes a little more sense on the power numbers when you know what all is in the car. Keep up the updates BDC.

How about a bigger hotside on the turbo? That should help.
