Fd Engine?
#1
Hello,
I currently have a 1989 Dodge Ram 50 4x4 truck and well it is yellow and it truely is a lemon:banghead: , luckily I bought a parts truck last year as it has saved me some big $$$, Anyway in the next couple of months I'm planning on getting a sports car (as soon as I fix the truck and sell it) and there are alot of FD Rx7's for sale in my area (3 of them).
I understand how the rotary's work but have heard all the horror stories, So incase something does go bad how hard are they to rebuild? like when the motor does go bad it just usually needs new apex seals and gaskets etc...?? right?
What is the worst case scenario would I have to buy new rotors too?? (how much are they?)
Also are there any vids of a rebuild process on a FD motor?
Thanks
Bubba
