so if you look at the parts fische there are 12 different sized bearings, and they are color coded with 6 colors, so there are 2 different yellow sized, 2 different blue sizes etc. the sizes arent listed by bearing size, ie 40mm 40.1mm, 40.2mm, they are listed like 2.8mm, 2.85mm, 2.9mm, 2.95mm etc.

my questions are these;

1. wtf is 2.8?

2. how does this reference the clearance?

3. what bearings do the factory use?

Thickness of the bearing material? As in difference between the inside radius and outside radius. Or half that, difference between inner and outer diameter. (I don't have one here to measure)

Wouldn't you be personally measuring the bores and corresponding shaft diameter on the motor you are rebuilding and order the bearings that give you the clearance you need?

im expecting to have the diameter of the shaft and the bearing and then have over and under sizes, but they arent listed that way, so wtf way are they listed?

it might be thickness of the bearing, maybe we'll have to measure a couple
