Exhaust Porting?

Well im currently looking to pick up a 94 0or 95 FD.
Im planning on doing mostly street driving but i will be taking it to the track on occasions.
As for 1/4 times, im not really to concerned with that. mid to high 11's would be nice, as for power, nothing to insane but for the dyno runs i will be boosting as high as she will go.
id like close to 400whp for daily use. Yes i know, this all requires quite a bit of money, but i will get there. Money isn't the biggest issue for me in this project.
