early 13b engine numbers ?

hi there all,
im converting my vw to a rotary engine soon.
can any one please help advise me on early 13 b 74/75 year model engines numbers!
what did the 74/75 engine year start with the engine number please ?
reason being im wanting to to fit a early year engine plate for engineering/rta purpsoses which have not much pollution gear.
the 1973 beetle had no pollution gear what so ever!

Welcome aboard. I see you are in Aust all 13b engines that came with carbys in Aust were from rx4-5s ,There were a few jap imports with motors with injection .
