does anyone know of a good place to buy an engine that is already street-ported?

 

im selling my n/a motor for 200 dollars.... its not ported though

 

sorry, my mistake i should have put for what year, its a 93.

 

i know some people dont like rx7store but they have complete engines there, does anyone know who builds them or if they actually build them theirselves?

 

If a shop has a core you can get one and request the street port as they build it when you put the down payment but most shops won't have the core in stock and will require yours in advance instead of trade afterwards.



I beleive Malloy Mazda buys remans and tears them down for inspection, so that might be your best route as you can request the port when they open it. Whether you will still get a warranty is another question.
