hello yall,



here are a few pics of rotor #2 on my re/s5 motor i built, yes yes the porting blows but that will be fixed soon now that i lost all compression to the rotor #2.



anyone ever had a apex seal failure with out housing damage? let alone 2 seals go out and still no housing damage? the seals where alex blackson racing from auzzie land lol i dunno if i want to run these again as im still sorting out just what caused the failure, the motor went durning a shift with n detination that day. however the motor was detinating alot when it was street tuned and over boosted to 19psi on pump gas the day of tuning. the day it blew up it only hit 5500rpm @ 15.7 psi then i shifted and the car made a total sound change. i drove it home and this is what i got. no damage to the housings or irons. how cool is that.

Seen several with Hurley apexes that saved the housings.

ive seen a couple of mazda seal engines pop and not damage the housings. usually not though....
