Damn Guys, it really sucks to hear the kind of **** you are getting. It's shops like that that give all our cars the bad reps. they have.

I personally don't think Rob is going to respond, because it would just be a BIG FLAME contest. Afterall, it's his word against the other individuals and no matter what he says, it won't change how they feel.

NO one has stated that ROB cannot build a good engine, if he couldn't I damn sure would not have spent a LOT OF $$$$ on one of his engines. His LACK of customer service is what is being questioned. Want to make me a happy camper? Do this:

1. Send me a properly built engine with a dyno sheet to prove it makes the power that I paid for.

2. Include the receipts for all the additional work I paid for. IE: Cryo-treated o-rings

3. Pictures with a properly dated headline to help prove that you install all the Stage 1 oil mods, my current PINEAPPLE is mysteriosly lacking these

4 A transmission that doesn't "howl" in 3,4 or 5th. YES I realize it is highly unusual to have a tranny howl in fourth, but it does, even with a completely different diff installed( as re asked me to do). And you can also include the Tranny cooler hook-ups I ordered the first time, that you "forgot".

And here is a novel idea, take a break from the "porting room" and answer your own phones for a while and RESPOND to the customer service problems you are experiencing!!!

Rob and I have come an understanding. My engine is going back to him. The dyno will tell the story

How did this come about? Did you contact Rob or did he initiate contact to correct this situation? Keep us posted how this turns out.

I tried one more time b4 giving the eel(lawyer) the go-ahead for THE LETTER. If I got "Rob is in the porting room and is busy" the letter would have been sent. A new guy (chris?) answered the phone.

BTW, Another employee was fired last week for workmanship issues. Rob only has 2 employees right now. Chris: office manager and phone filter

And one other guy who breaks down cores and cleans parts

It's too bad about the luck you've had from PR. I've had several engines and trans. done by rob and i've NEVER had any problems, unlike other builders around the country.

There is no excuse for poor quality/workmanship, however there is such a thing as getting what you paid for, 2,495+ship seems low for what you expected to receive
