I am sure this is an old and well worn topic but i'm just about to buy some seals for a 450hp + (hopefully) fd road/Track motor.



I am going to be sticking with 2mm 2pc and have always automatically bought Mazda OE seals but after chatting to a friend of mine who has a set of ALS seals in his 600hp fd and some one else recommended some PTS seals i am tempted to give a set a go (just don't know which are best)



I don't have a huge budget so i think that rules out Ceramics, they are really good but looking at the carnage they cause if you get a fail i think i'll stick with the Steel ones.



Any recommendations?
