anyone ever tuned by SMELL?
so we've noticed that when you get the tuning pretty good, it makes a distinct "burning pineapple" smell...
having lived in CA forever, and smogged every rx7 ive ever had, i can tell you if it will pass by standing behind it, i dont know if i trust my nose to make max power though

This is not good. I think this thread is intended to be serious.
I think if you could add a couple more smells to the "olfactory tuning continuum", let's say a "burnt toast" kind of smell for the "too lean" condition, and an "eye-watering gas smell" for the "too rich" condition, then we might truly have some useful information.
I'm more interested in tuning at WOT than idle. How fast can you run?
