Judge Ito,
I'll start out with some much do thanks for contributing to the forums. It is nice that you don't mind sharing information about what you have experienced and dealt with over the years.
A few questions for you now:
1.) What purpose does the little sliver of material seperating the two pieces of the bridge port do? The same sliver is there keeping the stock ports from being one whole port.
2.) What do you think of notching the rotor housings to allow the bridge/j ports to flow as optimal as possible and do you do this to the motors you bridge port? Does this accelerate wear?
3.) If you do notch the rotor housings, I would assume you are not able to use the stock apex seal as the smaller pieces of it would fall out?
4.) Have you had any experiences with the "bridge" of metal in between the stock port and the non-stock (bridge) port cracking, especially under boosted situations? Is this common and to be expected?
That's all for now. I'm sure I'll be looking to soak up more information later.
Thanks.
Best Regards,
Kyle
