mazda never made 1 peice steel seals for the 13b, only 1 peice carbons.

you want a 2 peice seal, they seal better

Is there something wrong with your hearing???

j9fd3s used to (still does?) work at a Mazda dealer.

You'd think he'd know since he has dealt with Mazda parts???

see tha difference is that j9 said that mazda does not make any 1 piece steel seal. they made/make 1 piece carbon seals. i dunno if you want the expense of a 1 piece carbon seal, when a 2 piece steel seal is better than the carbon seal in 99% of appilcations.

im sure j9 could get you the part number and price for a set of 1 piece carbon seals if youd like.

(at least thats what i understood from his and your posts)
