If "T2" means "Turbo 2" (I'm not an RX-7 guy -- I'm just passing through), then you go into B Stock with the S2000s and Boxsters.
You can check out an unofficial transcription of the SCCA Stock preparation rules at http://moutons.org/sccasolo/Rules/stock.html#s13. Quick summary: wheels (as long as they retain stock width and diameter, and are within a 1/4" in offset), tires (as long as they're still DOT approved), front sway bar, shocks (maintaining stock spring perch height and mounting points), cat-back exhaust.
