What kinda work are you planning on doing in the FAA? BTW, i know you pain. Im an Air Traffic Controller in the Navy, soon to be FAA. We have to have the phsical once a year.

 

I'm going to aeronautical school to become a pilot. Do you know if you have to take the 1st class or 2nd class physical? I have to take it yearly also.

 

Im not sure what class, i think 1st. But, we have a phsyical once a year. Then a long term physical once every five years. (Where they make you bend over)

 

Yeah i'm pretty sure you'll be taking a 1st class, but if you're an air traffic controller than you might only have to take a 3rd class, depends on what you do I suppose.

 

Remnid me not to become a pilot.....

 

I don't think that he would have to take a 1st class because it is every 6 months, it is pretty much a Airline type pilot physical.

I'm going to the Spartan school of aeronautics in Tulsa OK. I'm pretty sure all you need to fly for airliners is a 2nd class, at least thats what the school book has in it they sent me.

 

I got in trouble during on of my Radiation Physicals, Female DR. Puleed on the gloves and said bend over, so when she started to tickle me prostrate, I screamed out:"YES, MORE MORE! GIVE IT TO ME DOC!!!" My XO did not see the humor in that, hmmm wonder y???
