Reinforced Stock Rims?

my FD came stick polished stock rims. i don't know if they are reinforced or not. how do i tell? are these likely to fail on the open track with R compounds?

They will be fine. Just don't go any higher than 35 psi cold pressure. Because when they get hot the pressure will sky rocket and no rim should be allowed to run more than 45 psi.
