can we let this go? its been over 2 weeks now of bashing this guy for his mistake. he's admitted to learning a lesson and that he shouldn't have done it. IMO as long as noone gets hurt and you learn a lesson, you came out better in the end.

Yes this thread should be locked up. You need to admit that it was driver error, not vehicle failure that caused the accident, man.

Seriously, keep your fast and the furious tape in the living room. No need to bring it out on the streets.

Alright, I've read this one in full from start to finish...

...somebody PLEASE lock it, Ranzo's reply was the end of it...Dori, it wasn't a bright move, and whether or not you want to hear it or not, welcome to the Internet. Everybody has opinions here, regardless of whether they're constructive criticism, supportive backup, or just full-on flaming. Fact of the matter is, you have to deal with it, so getting all upset at what was said to you is pointless.

I might not have been the most responsible driver ever, but at least KNOW where you're going to do it if you're going to pull a stunt like that. Tagging a mailbox in a residential area does not = cool.

There, I've said all I've had to say, take it or leave it, welcome to the 'Net, where everybody has an opinion and a right to share it, so before you freak and say "**** you!!!", keep that in mind...?
