Take that ticket to court man, there are two reasons why you can beat this:

1)If you were in a parking lot I would assume it was private property as you may know police have no jurisdiction on private property unless they have a warrant or the owners concent.. It is unlikely they have the owners concent unless people drift in that lot all the time, and even if they did they could only cite you for trespassing...

2)The officer would have to prove that your actions were reckless towards other drivers or pedestrians... Being reckless towards yourself is irrevelivant... as long as you only played in the parking lot, you could not have been reckless towards others...

Take it to court... Trust me, I have beat 3 tickets similar to this one... most of the time they will just dismiss it or lower it to somekind of mechanical violation...

Good Luck

It doesnt matter. My town is small enough to the point where if you try to fight a ticket you will most definitely lose. The judge and the cops are tiiight.

If the lot is visable from a main road, the cops can enter it.

I didn't say the cops couldn't enter it, I just said that regardless of whether they can see it or not it is still private property...
