the second rad from radiatorauctions.com was packed a bit more carefully (after some pleading with the phone rep) and (holy crap) arrived intact.



still waiting for the refund on the damaged rad i returned, which they signed for over a week ago, tho.





to anyone researching, i can't say i recommend any of the places i have dealt/inquired with (maaaybe check with absoluteradiator.com), but once you do lay down the money for one, find out if there's a patron saint of radiators and start praying
