has anybody done a budget v mount on here. ie using stock rad

there is now way to modify the plastic endtanks of the stock radiator... not worth it in my opnion

what kind of driving do you want to prepare your car for? and what kind of power are you making?

I really appreaiate any help. the car is in bits at the mo it will be as follows



cold air intake

down pipe

de cat

cat back

underdrive pulley

air pump removed, air con may be more

battey relocated

apexi power fc

eathing upgrade

boost controller

and the charge cooling



even temped by charge cooling water injection or nx ntercooler kit (if fmic)

will be runing stock rad.

car is running 290fwhp with k and n panel filter cat back and earth upgrade.

really stuck now

i built a v-mount myself using a HKS FMIC and a Koyo Radiator. Like Martin said, you're really gonna need to modify the radiator to use in it a V configuration.



By earth upgrade.... you mean a grounding kit correct?

BTW, where are you from/located?

Yeah its a grounding kit made up of 16mm Ho7 VVf cable.

290 flywheel hp.

Im gonna salvage a intercooler from something else if thats the way i go. Im from UK. How did you do the V mount and what sort of figures ie coolant and inlet did u achieve.

So i am planning on keeping the stock rad. should i go stock mount or front mount.
