Twin Power Install
#4
I recently installed a Twinpower after using an AEM and Crane amp. I am very happy with it. The top end feels much better than with the Crane and unlike the aem, it is capable of functioning for more than 2 weeks. Bottom line is I wouldn't hesitate to buy it over the others if I had to do again.

[quote name='jspecracer7' date='Jun 25 2005, 07:02 AM']probably because it changed a/f ratio. Maybe more spark so it went leaner.

I am curious about this, because someone on the evil forum mentioned about getting better fuel mileage. Essentially if I understand what you are saying, it produces a better spark so more fuel burn, but then you need to add more fuel to get the appropriate AFR back, is that correct? Which would then lead to the same mpg a before just a slight increase in power do to burning the fuel more efficeently.
Lately I have been thinking about adding the Twinpower, but like I said above its more of a performance (power) mod then econo mod....
