Here in Puerto Rico we have the fastest rotary 13B & 20B n/a cars.
One of them, 20B 3 rotor-nitrous pheripheral port (no turbo) running 7.7 @ 171mph, and this team plans to run 7.5 or 7.4 this year. The other car uses a 13B pheripheral port nitrous (no turbo) running 8.0
I know that with a 4 rotor can run low 7's or even high 6's on nitrous.
Here there's no limit...
