Who here uses nitrous? I have a 72 RX3 with a 12a bridge, holley 600cfm carb and a nitrous plate kit. I love it, love it, love it, and its really fun to have an old school nitrous car using a carb when everybody has a turbo nowadays. Here are some pics.

Does no one else on here use nitrous? I know I'm not the only one. Judge Ito is a huge nitrous junkie (though I dont know if he posts here anymore), and I know Scathcart has posted about using nitrous. Anyone else? Where are all the crazy Puerto Ricans? Those guys are my heroes. I love the Puerto Ricans and their insane nitrous cars!

Yup, 175 shot now. 175 at the crank, NOS jetting. She runs really hard. The Atkins apex seals work great, and now I have 2 MSD 6AL boxes (one leading, one trailing), 2 MSD digital retard boxes to retard leading and trailing when on the unit. I'll never try running nitrous on carbon seals again. I also switched the carb from the Weber with the direct port setup to this Holley and a plate kit. Works 1000 times better, and is MUCH easier to tune. Now that I actually broke down and bought all the MSD electronics, and locked the distributor, the car works a lot better. My tires are now bald, from testing, and I need to get some better and taller tires before I can hit the track. I hope to hit a track before the end of the year. I know, I know, I'm a pushover. How is your RX3 project coming? Any pics?

Well the project changed from PP 12a, to a twin turbo 23a lol. Big change, right now we just finished installing the 14 point roll cage and are halfway finished with adding the 4 link and 9 inch ford with 33 spline strange axles. we have moved the firewall back 10 inches, and have mounted up my dads old race C-4 tranny, it is full manual shifter 9.5 inch 5000 stall convertor, and a transbrake. We are using 2 .96 a/r T04 turbos, we are shooting for 800-900 rwhp between 18-20 psi, on pump gas that is. We also changed the date for it to be finished to next summer. Should make for an intresting ride, we are hoping to have the engine complete by christmas. I will try and get some pics up, i was gonna put them on vintage rotaries, but that seems to be done.

So with the holley on is the engine pulling harder even without the nitrous on? I know you were pretty disapointed on how it was performing before.
