ok so i ordered my catback but now i need a good freeflowing midpipe. any ideas on what to get? should i just have one custom built? i still want a cat on there because i dont like the "super loud" exhaust that you get from having a straight open pipe. maybe a new tahoe cat? those are really high flowing and would dampen alot of the sound. any other ideas???

we used to call a midpipe the "apex seal remoaval tool"

leave the stock cat on there, it actually works pretty well

I know I won't use one on mine but If I have to build one for someone else I know what to expect.

rx7.com sells a midpipe without a cat for like 140 or so made of stainless steel and they also sell one with a resonator without a cat and a few other midpipes with cats but If you want max flow with out a whole hell of a lot of noise then get the bonez SS midpipe with resonator that rx7.com sells

well then why would RB sell that header - pre silencer - catback combo then? there aren't any cats in there.
