I have had very nice results with the medium PFS. You can keep your airpump, it fits with the y-pipe, it looks good (red and aluminum) and it's not too expensive. I run 17-18 lbs of boost and get pretty decent times for a car with a cat.

The PFS Race and the Pettit Coolcharge III and the M2-large are really good in the large stock mounts but I am not sure I would bother unless you are going single turbo. Once you start boosting over 20, the mediums are done. I get away with the medium. The suggestion for water injection and a medium IC is a pretty good idea.

All the big stock mounts have a more heat sink and a touch more lag than the mediums but they can handle much higher levels of boost.

Dragging, the front mount is best but I hear nothing but overheating stories if you drive the car in daily traffic. Check with Boostn7, he runs amazing times, uses his car as a daily driver and uses a 3 row front mount.

I just Got finished putting on a Greddy FMIC on my FD and the only part of the chassis that you have to cut is a 3x3" piece. I did it myself and it was a piece of cake. And it looks tight as hell.
