My recommendation is 720 primary and atleast 1200 secondaries. The E11 will work but the E6K/E6X will work perfectly, as well. Don't use the Walbro pump; use a Toyota Supra MK4 stock pump instead.
Ditch the oil metering and go premix.
PM me and I'll give you a full quote on engine rebuilding labour. This is something I specialize in -> I can get you a half-bridgeported setup fully streetable and somewhat tuned out of the box as long as you're familiar with this stuff to begin with and have an idea of what you're getting into.

I was a big fan of Mazda remans too. Until I saw Pettits operation in person. When I saw his engine building room and how precise they are w/ everything I was sold on them. I am sure there are other good builders on the forums I was just so impressed w/ his layout it moved me to use them for my rebuild street port job. I was also impressed with their sheer knowledge of these engines and their ability to teach me so much in about 15 minutes. To convince me some of my ways were wrong, and not to believe everyhting you read on the internet.
When they do their 3 Rotor FD conversions (Banzai) they take 20B's from Japan (they have dozens just sitting in their shop wiating) and they tear them down and rebuild them right from the start.
They rebuilt ported and machined my rotors for 3mm seals in 1 week. My car was gone for 1 week. I was freaking amazed at their turn around time. They have turned engine building into a science.
