Just got a fix it ticket for my Greddy SP exhaust!

I live in SOCALI!! and was wondering if yall new an exhaust that can rev up to 3k rpm that still sounds low..I need to be able to pass the decible rate thingi...

Can anyone tell me wha exhaust would be perfect for performance wise and not loud at all....its for my FD!

THanks
