I need a boost controller before my car goes plays on the dyno. I've searched and haven't really found any debates on which to go with. Basically i'm tossing between the Profec B or just a MBC. I can see an EBC being bad since someone could fiddle with it in the car or in a moment of stupidty I could be like woo.. 3 bars is betta

opinions.. experiences.. inform me of what your preference is and why

I use a mbc I made out of parts from a local hardware store. Works great but I think im gonna upgrad to the blitz one. 1st because it will fit into my console and I can adjust on the fly and 2nd because it just looks pretty damn cool

I run a profec b. Works well, and the ability to adjust it on the go is nice.

See that's kinda my worry. The whole ease of being able to just touch that boost up a little if say I lose to a car by a bumper or I just need that little more power on the track to break into the 30's Then next thing I know i'm pushing my car home cause i was like oww alittle more boost.. and a little more.. and a little more ..

i have good self control when it comes to the boost controller. i just leave it alone 10 psi or 15psi

if you don't want to mess with it get a MBC... set it and forget it

I just want to do it right.. so I don't end up a month down the road thinking why didn't I get the other. Then end up selling whatever I get to go that route.. wasting money

Go with a EBC, with a MBC you can't turn the boost down, only up (I am assuming you have the stock turbo on your TII). If you think someone will mess with your settings, don't let them ride in your car. No one has ever tried to mess with my SAFC.
