Yea, I dont see the big deal with the Scoot car, there are people here in the states making more with thier personal unsponsered car. Check out Chris Anderson among others.
Hell, Steve Kan from Gotham Racing made well over 600 and he drives his like any other car.

Yes. You'll need a large frame turbo, larger intake manfold with larger runners, larger throttle body, 35lbs of boost (atleast) and good tuning. Sounds like I've seen this lately, huh???? :smirk: Oh, and you won't need a PP, a basic street port will get it.....
